Makes 2 large loafs or seven small loafs (small aluminum tins)
Ingredients:
2 & 2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup oil
4 eggs
2 cups pumpkin (1 large can of Libby's or 2 small cans)
3 & 1/3 cup of flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup water
2/3 cup chopped nuts (optional)
2/3 cup raisins (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients together except sugar.
Beat sugar, oil, eggs, and water... then add the pumpkin.
Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
Bake for 60 minutes.
Be sure to put a pan of water in bottom of oven for moisture.
